All of our succulents, air plants and lucky bamboo come with a 14 day happiness guarantee. If you aren't happy with them, We will do everything to make sure you are happy!

Just follow the steps below:

1. Take photos of the damaged plants. shoot us an email telling us what was wrong (attach the images)
2. We will either issue you store credit or ship out new plants. (At our discretion)
